With today’s decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, the Supreme Court of the United States overturned the unconstitutional Roe v. Wade decision issued almost fifty years ago.
This profound decision returns to “the states and to the people” their rights affirmed by the Constitution that were usurped by an aggressive Court that defied the Constitution, the Natural Law, and Common Law.
In the words of the Court today:
“The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.”
